Valentina Garcia Moñtano is the executive chef at Cucina, the Italian-focused scratch restaurant in the Richardson Hotel, the historic landmark featuring twin red limestone towers against the sky at Elmwood and Forest.
She’s also the Four Bites Show subject, at 1 p.m. Monday, Jan. 15.
The Buffalo restaurant veteran will talk about some of the challenges she’s faced in her career, describe her philosophy for leading a kitchen crew, and tell you where to find Che Garcia Chimichurri, the Argentinian-style red chimichurri essential to Argentinian-style asado.
